Armand joined Taussig Cherrie Fildes as a law clerk in March 2020 and was admitted to practice in April 2022.

Bio

Armand joined Taussig Cherrie Fildes as a law clerk in March 2020. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Laws in November 2020, he became a trainee lawyer and was admitted to practice in April 2022.

Prior to completing his degree, Armand was considering a career in commercial law before the intersections between family law and commercial law secured his interest. He has a particular interest in complex company and trust structures, and this is complemented by his strong research and analytical abilities. Armand is skilled at providing comprehensive investigations and advice on discrete issues.

Armand uses these skills to assist senior lawyers in preparing matters for trial in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, or as part of settlement negotiations.

He attends regular continuing legal education and mentoring sessions with senior lawyers of Taussig Cherrie Fildes. 

Community & Professional Contribution
  • Committee board member for “KHOOMP” (an Armenian youth organisation) 2016 – 2021. This is a subgroup under the Melbourne Chapter of the AGBU (Armenian General Benevolent Union) which is a global Armenian non-profit organisation headquartered in New York.
