Armand joined Taussig Cherrie Fildes as a law clerk in February 2020. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Laws in November 2020, he became a trainee lawyer and is currently undertaking Practical Legal Training at College of Law.
Prior to completing his degree, Armand was considering a career in commercial law before the intersections between family law and commercial law secured his interest. He has a particular interest in complex company and trust structures, and this is complemented by his strong research and analytical abilities. Armand is skilled at providing comprehensive investigations and advice on discrete issues.
Armand uses these skills to assist senior lawyers in preparing matters for trial in the Family and Federal Circuit Courts of Australia, or as part of settlement negotiations.
He attends regular continuing legal education and mentoring sessions with senior lawyers of Taussig Cherrie Fildes. Armand hopes to be admitted to practice in early 2022.
