Congratulations to Amy Toomey!
The principals of Taussig Cherrie Fildes are pleased to share that our associate, Amy Toomey, is the junior winner of the Family Law Section Michael Taussig QC Family Law Essay Awards. Her essay has been published in the latest edition of the Australian Family Lawyer.
The competition was established by the Family Law Section of Law Council in honour of the late Michael Taussig QC, who was a founding partner of Taussig Cherrie & Associates.
Winning an award which bears Michael’s name in commemoration of his life and contribution to the practice of family law gives Amy’s win a particular significance for our firm.
We are proud of Amy for producing an excellent essay and her achievement in being awarded the junior lawyer prize.
