Bio

Beatrice is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and was admitted to practice in 2016, working exclusively in the area of family law. Prior to joining Taussig Cherrie Fildes, Beatrice was employed at a top tier family law firm in the UK, specialising predominantly in high net worth individuals. Beatrice is in the process of cross-qualifying in Australia.

Beatrice is experienced in all areas of family law and adeptly advises on a wide range of complex family matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship, including financial matters and division of assets (often with an international element), disputed arrangements for children, as well as relocation overseas.

Whilst Beatrice is experienced in litigation, and regularly attends court on behalf of her clients in both parenting and property matters, she is also well versed in alternative forms of dispute resolution. Beatrice guides clients with sensitivity as they navigate difficult personal circumstances, and is a member of Resolution UK, a professional organisation that is committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

Beatrice regularly attends Continuing Legal Education and participates in mentoring sessions with senior lawyers of the firm.

Beatrice speaks fluent French and Spanish.
